Professor Perronne ist Leiter der medizinischen Abteilung des Raymond-Poincaré-Krankenhauses in Garches, dem Lehrkrankenhaus der Universität von Versailles-St. Quentin bei Paris, und hat viele Jahre lang die französische Impfpolitik bestimmt und den Vorsitz der Nationalen Konsultationsgruppe für Impfungen, auch bekannt als Technischer Ausschuss für Impfungen (CTV), inne. – Auszug: "Ich bin nicht gegen Impfungen, denn ich habe viele Jahre lang die Impfpolitik in Frankreich gestaltet. Aber das Problem ist, dass die Produkte, die sie als 'Impfstoffe‘ für Covid-19 bezeichnen, in Wirklichkeit keine Impfstoffe sind. Das ist mein Problem. Frage: Können wir das noch ein bisschen weiter vertiefen? Wenn es keine Impfstoffe sind, wie würden Sie sie dann nennen? Perronne: Vielleicht genetische Modifikatoren; ich kenne den richtigen Begriff aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht nicht genau. Aber wenn man Boten-RNA injiziert, um eine große Menge eines Spike-Proteins, eines Fragments des SARS-CoV-2-Virus, zu produzieren, kann man den Prozess nicht kontrollieren. Und das Problem ist, dass wir wissen, dass die RNA in menschlichen Zellen zur DNA zurückkehren kann. Normalerweise geht es von der DNA zur RNA (…), aber es kann auch in die umgekehrte Richtung gehen, denn wir haben in unseren Chromosomen, in unserem Genom, Gene in unserer DNA, die von Retroviren stammen, die vor Jahrhunderten oder Jahrtausenden von Tieren eingeführt wurden, und diese können für Enzyme kodieren, die in die umgekehrte Richtung kodieren können. Wir wissen jetzt (es ist offiziell veröffentlicht), und jetzt finden wir im menschlichen Genom DNA-Sequenzen, die der RNA des Virus entsprechen. Das ist der Beweis dafür, dass das, was ich im Dezember [2020] in einem offenen Brief gesagt habe, dass es gefährlich ist, diese Produkte zu injizieren, jetzt bestätigt wurde. Und alle Regierungen machen weiter! Für mich ist das ein großer Fehler.“
